The new energy lithium battery industry is accelerating its transformation toward large-scale, high-precision and flexible production. In 2021, the sales volume of mobile robots in the lithium battery industry reached 6,839 units, a year-on-year increase of 83.84%, and the demand is expected to exceed 25,000 units by 2025. The automation rate of front-end processes (coating, calendering) in the industry has exceeded 80%, while the back-end PACK lines still rely on manual material handling, which has become a bottleneck for capacity upgrading.
